Rank Order was developed in conjunction with the Saint Louis University iScholars.

Summary:

Rank Order facilitates a team-building exercise meant to display the benefits of collaboration, or working as a team to achieve goals or solve problems.

Basic Overview:

Rank Order provides the user(s) with an un-ordered list of objects which are to be ordered correctly. First, by a single person, then by a pair of people working together, and finally by a group (4 or more, ideally) of people working together. After the third list is re-ordered, the deltas are displayed (delta represents the numerical difference between the correct order of the objects and your own ranking of the objects). The idea that Rank Order is meant to convey is that working together with other people as a team is a more effective and efficient way of solving problems. It also serves as a nice ice-breaker where necessary.
